Annual Hispanic Health Fair, May 18, 2008, 3:00 till 5:00pm
in the gymnasium of St. Mary School
415 East Eighth Street, New Albany, IN
The Hispanic Connection sponsors the annual Hispanic Health Fair to provide information in Spanish about a wide variety of Health concerns and ways to receive assistance. The local hospitals set up stations to test blood pressure, sugar level, cholesterol, and other things. Other groups answer questions and direct people where they can find medical care. This is a great venue for health providers who wish to reach the Hispanic community. If you would like to have a space at the fair, or would like to assist, please contact Tom Smith, 502 494 3264 at info@hispanicconnectionsi.org.
